It began with Chef Bua, a Thai national who moved from the United States to the UAE to support her husband. In 2015, a catastrophic earthquake struck Nepal, leaving thousands in dire need. Chef Bua, driven by a desire to help, made a bold decision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

She told her husband, “I will cook Thai food to raise money.” Working from her home kitchen, she prepared authentic Thai dishes for friends and the community. She pledged that 100% of the proceeds would go to the earthquake victims.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
